The series was commissioned by Anne Mensah and will be Executive Produced for Sky by Huw Kennair-Jones. 　　\'We couldn\'t be more excited to be sending our Strike Back operatives back out into the field for round three,\' said Andy Harries, Executive Producer at Left Bank Picture. \'The co-production with Sky and HBO/Cinemax has brought an outstanding scale to Strike Back which is rarely attempted on British television. It follows stealth British military unit Section 20 who join forces with a U.S Special Forces operative when a resourceful international terrorist group plots a major attack. 　　Researched by the creators and aided by consultants, the explosive show is rooted in the field of counter terrorism, where their operatives\' covert efforts are never publicly acknowledged, their leads are few, their choices are difficult and their results often come at a steep cost.
